i just got 5 pairs of black tights. 2 of them are black lace tights(with foot and not the thigh high ones) from bebe. the other one from bebe is plain black but with diamond print on it 1 of the lace tights are studded with like diamonds. the other lace tight is simple with floral patterns on it. then i have black sparkle tights from forever21. they are simple black but have like gold and silver glitters on it so they shine.

please help me find the outfits for those tights (separately if you can). i have a black mini ruffle skirt and a cute black cami. i have a black knee length sack dress to with round neckline. i’m ok with any suggestions but i dont wear super micro shorts or skirts. i love ballet flats and i wear them all the time.
For the first pair of tights you should wear something simple. These tights make the outfit. I’d go for a one colored straight dress. Possibly strapless with a chunky, shiny necklace. You could pull off a plain high waisted pencil skirt and a bold colored blouse of any sort.
The second pair of tights require an outfit with much more character. You could go with a sac dress or one that has beads or gems on it,etc. I honestly think if you were to wear a dress that had a constant pattern on it it wouldn’t match well. There could be a small change in color through out the dress but nothing that is completely consistent like plaid or stripes. It would look inventive if you purchased a dress that’s color matched the thread of the diamond pattern. A thick tutu high waisted skirt, with a very bright strapless shirt would look simply edgy.
I’m sorry but i think to make your look complete your going to need to wear heels with this. Simpler shoes for the first pair and very glamors ones for the second pair.
The first answer is really good. You’re going to have to go simple with the first pair. Anything more than a simple dress is going to be overwhelming. You could pair it with boots and the tights wouldn’t be too much.
You could wear ballet flats with the simpler tights if they’re not really bold colors or patterns. I’d probably skip black ballet flats as well. Sweater dresses are in right now, and all of the tights would look great with a sweater dress and cute boots.
