You never know who might try something funny -_- but your best choice is shorts, cause you can dance easily and won't worry much and their most likely at the right length and will make ur legs look great =] As for a shirt, I think red would be a GREAT color because of your bleach blonde hair, and the color of your hair V.S. The shirt would make your eyes pop and be really noticable ( as well as trying a pink shirt which is also perfect for your hair and eyes, it will smooth your look out, unless your looking for a more SHARP yet still as pretty as pink image go with red!)
