Bubbles asked:
Or do you do Halloween and skip to Christmas?
I am making placemats for Halloween and Christmas and I found a cool pattern for “fall” or Thanksgiving so it just made me think- what Holildays do people really decorate for?
I love love Halloween so I could never skip it!
i dont usually decorate for Thanksgiving just halloween them christmas
alllll!!!!!!!!!!! they are funnn
i decorate for thanksgiving for sure! we have a ton of family over and it wouldn’t be the same if we didnt
I don’t decorate for any holiday accept Christmas, it’s the only one worth buyng for. In these hard economic times do we really need to spend our money on halloween and 4th of july decorations. Or unless I’m having a holiday party, which is like never.
Mostly Halloween, christmas and easter. But I buy placemats or paper turkey centerpieces as well.
yes we have A huge blow up of a turkey that we put up every year. we also have some plastic pilgrams that are around the yard
I put out pumpkins for Halloween and Thanksgiving. I put a wreath out for Christmas. Otherwise, I don’t decorate. I work a lot and don’t get to spend a lot of time at home enjoying decorations, so I wouldn’t get to benefit much from the work of decorating more or decorating for other holidays.
thanksgiving/fall, christmas, 4th of july. never halloween its a stupid holiday and im gonna get a bunch of thumbs down now cuz i dissed another way to get all fat and spoiled.
we decorate for easter, halloween and christmas..some people decorate for thanksgiving by putting some kind of gourds or small decorations out
I used to do them all especially Christmas, inside and outside ..I used to put up more than 5,000 lights on the house and tree and cactus’
then a few years ago..for some reason I lost my happy feeling and have not put up anything for at least two years….
OH well…………………
smile
good luck
Christmas is defos the best decorating season . and its every ones favourtive .
to tell you the truth it depends what the pattern looks like send me a picture if its possialbe x
thanks i enjoyed answering this question
well Christmas, Halloween & Easter are the major ones. but I like to decorate a bit for all the seasonal holidays, valentines, thanksgiving, st. patty’s day etc – just maybe not as all out. I think it just spices up a regular routine a bit – it’s fun
I do “seasonal” things for the house. Nothing specific to holidays, except for Christmas, with the tree and stockings, etc..
Thanksgiving will decorate the table, but not beforehand. The fall throws, pillows, flowers and candles etc, go out in October and stay out past Thanksgiving.
I used to decorate for Festivus but last year my wife got a little fed up and “relocated” the Festivus pole. ),(
Ouch! I missed the entire “feats of strength” section and she dominated the “airing of grievances” session.
This year it’s just St Swizem’s Day and that’s it for me.
I love decorating for the Autumn season, I use seasonal colors, silk leaves, squashes, and fruits, an orange studded with cloves makes the entire house smell wonderful and lasts weeks.
