We follow a lunar monthly system, made of 12 month not 13.
So the time for a month like ramadan will change each year.
Our holidays are the great feast, and the small feast, the small feast is after ramadan, and the great feast is at 10 Zu el higa, (another muslim month).

Muslims run on a 13 month lunar calendar, so the dates for events like Ramadan will fall at different times during the western year.
