What are the effects of changing your sleeping patterns?

For example i used to sleep from 11pm till 8 am. Now since it’s the holidays i dont go to sleep until 6 am in the morning and wake up at around 3pm.

What are the health risks in doing this?

    People that are day sleep get more sick then the once that sleep at night. So you mite get sick more? I Love to stay awake at night it dose not hurt me a bite I have been a day sleeper for many years now and love it.

    the only difference is when you are asleep, but if you try to change back too suddenly, you will experience major fatigue.
