<p>I&#8217;ve gotten used to this terrible sleeping pattern. I guess I picked it up from staying up late often on weekends and holidays. The problem now though is that I like to stay up really late on school nights. It&#8217;s the worst  on Sunday nights. Last night I stayed up till 2:30 am and I wake up at 7:40 am. I&#8217;m extremely tired during the day and I can&#8217;t focus at all. On average I will stay up till 11:30 or sometimes 12:30. I try laying in bed but I can&#8217;t fall asleep and I end up laying there for hours. What can I do too change this? and Why is it s unhealthy, what can happen?</p>

I have tried many times to go to sleep at 1am but i find myself lying in bed restless for a few hours. The only time i can get to sleep at about 12am is when i wake up at 7am for college. On weekends and holidays like now i can&#8217;t seem to sleep&#8230;. could there be a reason for this?</p>
