<p>I subcontract for a company called Kelly communications, who in turn subcontract for virginmedia in the uk.I install tv phone and broadband. I am told by Kelly&#8217;s that i am self employed. Although ,,,,<br />
1, they pay my tax, and charge me 15 pounds a week for adimin to do so.<br />
2,they provide all tools, van, petrol,equipment,<br />
3,expect me to show up for work at a certain time every day.<br />
4,I work exclusively for them, and cannot provide my services for anyone else.<br />
5,have to give notice if i want holiday time.<br />
6,must work what ever days or shift patterns they want me to.</p>
<p>Am i employed????<br />
Am i entitled to holiday pay????<br />
What are my rights,,,,,??????</p>
<p>Any info or help would be much app,,,,, cheers,,,?????</p>
