I subcontract for a company called Kelly communications, who in turn subcontract for virginmedia in the uk.I install tv phone and broadband. I am told by Kelly’s that i am self employed. Although ,,,,
1, they pay my tax, and charge me 15 pounds a week for adimin to do so.
2,they provide all tools, van, petrol,equipment,
3,expect me to show up for work at a certain time every day.
4,I work exclusively for them, and cannot provide my services for anyone else.
5,have to give notice if i want holiday time.
6,must work what ever days or shift patterns they want me to.

Am i employed????
Am i entitled to holiday pay????
What are my rights,,,,,??????

Any info or help would be much app,,,,, cheers,,,?????
