<p>You know it is one of those wonderful times again when a relationship ends and you take stock of yourself and where you&#8217;re going.  Here&#8217;s the odd thing I noticed today while going through this phase again&#8230;I am horrible at relationships!  It&#8217;s the truth&#8230;I&#8217;ve got it down to a calendar pattern now.  I&#8217;ll meet someone new here in a month or so&#8230;we&#8217;ll do the holiday&#8217;s have an awesome spring and then by the end of summer/beginning of fall it will end.  Please, if anyone out there has found themselves in this pattern and seen slim to marginal personal growth; let me know your story.</p>

<p>It takes me long to actually finally get to sleep, whereas in school hours it really doesn&#8217;t.</p>
<p>But i generally have difficulty waking up in the morning. I normally can never get up at 7.00 am and am NOT a morning person. So in the holiday i&#8217;ve been waking up at about 2.30- 3.00pm in the day. WHen i wake up i&#8217;m so miserable and lazy so i NEVER go out, just watch tv all day. This is the worst summer i&#8217;ve had as i am no longer energetic.</p>
<p>Even today, i tried to get to sleep, managed and then woke up at 4am again!</p>
<p>I was wondering how do i rearrange my sleeping pattern? And is it unhealthy? Should i take various sleeping tablets?</p>
