<p>Hi there! Im 19 and have been on holidays from work for 2 weeks and have seriously altered my body clock in this time.<br />
With christmas and nye celebrations and parties i have stuffed my body clock.<br />
I am going to bed at anytime between 2am &#8211; 4.30am cuz im not feeling tired until then.  Im waking up anytime between 12pm &#8211; 2pm.<br />
Im starving late at night but dnt wanna eat cuz of slow metabolism at night etc</p>
<p>Ideas on how to fix my body clock and hunger pangs etc.</p>
