We’re about to finish our school christmas holidays, we have had 2 weeks off, I have been going to sleep early in the morning between 3 and 5 am and getting up between 11 am and 1pm, i’m going to try get to sleep about 11pm tonight but i’ve done this in pervious holidays and i just end up lying in bed for ages because i can’t sleep and i started jogging at 6 30am on school days(before the xmas holidays) so has anyone got any tips on how i can get to sleep and wake up early for my jog, also ive eat a lot during the holidays with little excercise compared to what i usually do, so i’m going to be rather unfit, should i wait until i’m in the school sleeping pattern again or shall i just go jogging straight away tomorrow.

blondie84 asked:

I had my normal period the week before Christmas, and it was fairly heavy. A couple days after it ended, I noticed when i went to the bathroom that there was spotting in my underwear and when I wiped. It happened again today, accompanied with diarrhea that was basically liquid and no stomache pains or cramps. Before my period, I was having very bad lower back pain when I woke up but I’ve been experiencing that for years. The odd things I have noticed are: my back has not bothered me since the spotting started & my sleeping pattern is off. I have been staying up later and later every night and getting up pretty early the next day and not seeming phased by the lack of sleep. The other day I woke up at 5 a.m. and was so exhausted at 11pm I couldn’t keep my eyes open, went to bed & still laid awake until 2am. I also seem to be constipated one day, and the complete opposite the next…which could be explained by the holiday eating that i’ve been doing. I have pretty much no chance of being pregnant. My boyfriend and I always use a condom, he doesn’t *** in me even with the condom, and since i moved 90 miles away 2 months ago we have not been sleeping together that much anyway. Spotting like this is very abnormal for me. There is no cramping, no fatigue, no appetite changes, nothing. Could I have had an ovarian cyst? I just wanted to see if anyone could give me advice, because I am currently unemployed and have no health insurance to visit a gyno but am going to try to find a planned parenthood nearby soon for my annual exam anyway. Other things to point out in case this helps: I have purging disorder, am a smoker and tend to drink alot. (i know, i sound like a real charmer!) Thank you in advance!

A couple of days ago, however, my boyfriend entered me unprotected, but it was for a minute and he didn’t ejaculate. Neither of us ‘finished’. I know there are other reasons that my period could be late, I just resumed from the holidays into a completely new strict sleeping pattern, and I’ve been fairly stressed. I also lost weight over the Christmas Holidays, and I’m already a little underweight.

estrellasmc asked:

I have a friend who REALLY likes trains, and I am thinking of making him a model train out of plastic canvas for his birthday in June. Of course something like that would take some time, so I have already started thinking, planning, and trying to find a pattern so I can get started on it.

The big problem is that I can’t find a pattern. All the trains I have found are either a Christmas or other holiday pattern (not appropriate since this is going to be in summer), a cutout, something for a little kid or baby (he’s an adult around my age), or a pattern of a train on something else like a tissue box cover. I also know that I wouldn’t be able to create a pattern myself for this kind of thing. I want it to be 3-D, and I have only done square and rectangular 3-D things before, so I feel like I need some kind of base pattern that I can then modify if necessary. The problem is that there isn’t any!

At least I haven’t found any. I was hoping that somebody on here might know where I could find one and post a link. If you have a book and it has a pattern that would fit the description of what I’m looking for, could you maybe scan it and then attach it to this thread? Or you could tell me you have one and we’ll work something out.

I really appreciate any help anybody can give me with this.
