It was most likely that spider that has caused this, i would call a Expert in and maybe get one in a jar and take it down to your local pet shop to find out if it is a dangerous or poisonous p.s i wish the best luck as i am really scared of big spiders ,like the spiders you have

There is a good chance some are poisonous but most likely not deadly.
I've included some links with spider IDs.

The see through one sounds like a yellow sac or cream house spider, they have a painful bite. They originate in Europe.

If you want to control them without poison, sticky traps catch a lot of spiders, also I've heard a cottonball soaked in pennyroyal oil placed in corners (out of reach of kids and pets) deters them, but I have not tried it.

For there to be that many spiders in your home, there has to be enough food for all of them. Spiders are attracted to a place when there are plenty of smaller insects to feed on. Spiders can be helpful in keeping pest populations under control, but in large numbers they can be very unnerving. All spiders are poisonous to some degree, some more than others, but a spider won't bite unless it is provoked and cornered. A few simple steps to get them out of your house would be:
- Call an exterminator and have him spray for the types of bugs the spiders eat. If there is no food, they will go elsewhere in search of it.
-Knock down any visible webs. They might rebuild once or twice, but if they're hiding places are continuously disturbed they will leave.

There are different types of bug spray that you or a professional can spray around your entire house. That works very well getting rid of spiders. Spray along the floor by the walls in your entire house once a month. When I first moved into my house there were enormous spiders in the basement, but after that first summer we have never had any problems.
