In The Holidays!
What Should I Do ?

Do what usually makes you tired like reading or watching tv or listening to music… or maybe even meditating….its very relaxing… just get into a breathing pattern and let your mind wander. just don’t do the crossed legs thing with the OHM unless it is really comfortable. If you are trying to fall asleep tho I would try lying on your bed in PJs
