Well as it’s the summer holidays I have been going to bed around 5-6 in the morning, and getting up around 2-3 in the afternoon! I’m going on holiday on Friday and would love for my sleeping pattern to get back to normal.
Is there any way of making me tired earlier on so I can go to bed early, get up early ect!

I’m in the samee boat. Except I sleep until 5 pm, and fall asleep at 9 am
But I have insomnia so it’s not like I can help it but sometimes this works: Next time you stay up till 6, stay up the whole day and go to bed at a normal time. That can usually get your schedual back on track. It’ll be a painful day but it’s worth it
One night. Don’t go to sleep. Have a sleepover or something to keep you awake or a lazy day. watch TV and stuff but don’t take any naps. Go to bed at night around 8 or 9 and wake up at 8 in the morning. That will get you back on track if you keep that schedule. Just make sure you wake up at 8 every morning!
I get this all the time don’t go to sleep untill like 7pm and then you should be waking about between 5am – 8am
I do exactly the same quite often. Usually I stay up all night when I decide I need to get my sleeping pattern back in check, then stay up as long as I can until evening (say 7pm). That makes me sleep until early in the morning (4am-ish), and I stay awake all day so I am tired in the evening and want to sleep at the same time as everyone else. You should also try going out at least once a day, even if it’s just for a walk sometimes, and try to find an activity that you like doing which calms you down before you go to sleep. I like listening to an audiobook, or reading a favourite book. Generally you should avoid being on your computer an hour or so before bedtime, and not go to bed too hungry or full.
maybe you should go to bed at 9pm and u should wake up at 7am in the morning try and keep yourself on the go and watch tv then maybe ull start feeling tired i hope this helps lol.
That is my current sleeping pattern! lol. I’m fixing mine though as I’m going away this Tuesday. I set the alarm on my phone for 11am then I went to sleep around 5:30am this morning like usual. I dragged myself out of bed and told myself it’ll be worth it in the end, I then avoided my bedroom and avoided sitting down for long periods of time. so I baked cakes and did some cleaning up as well as a bit of TV and it’s worked. I’m still awake obviously, so come tonight I’ll be completely knackered so I’ll be sleeping around 10ish and be awake tomorrow morning. Ta-da!
