Sleep deprivation and loss of appetite?

holiday patterns
rebecca t asked:

Okay, it’s the Christmas/new year holidays and I’ve wrecked my sleeping pattern :/ lol
But lately I haven’t felt very hungry like I just haven’t felt like eating…
I’ve had a really dry throat and such, but every time I’ve had a drink, it’s still dry.
I don’t know what’s wrong with me :/ I’m certainly not fat, people have commented that I’m just skin and bone… That’s obviously not true =p
Thanks xx

It worth getting checked by the doctor or at least getting a check at the chemist to see how your sugar levels are. People who have problems often loss weight and they have a terrible thirst which does not go away. They would also feel tired and have problems with sleep..

    drink water
    exercise
    balance your sleeping pattern

either this will help, or will inform you that you should see a professional.

    Yes. Get more sleep.

To fix the dry throat, try drinking some of the electrolyte water. Not Gatorade but something with less sugar.

Get a lot more rest because sleep deprivation hurts your immune system and you could be sick.

    could be depression
    get some xanax
it helps me sleep and gives me the munchies
not to mention that it’s legal as opposed to pot which might make you even more depressed or paranoid if you smoke too much or if you drink

are you anirexic? if so this is the answer to your probem. go quarter hunting and steal candy from little children. it will make them cry their eyes out. then go buy 80 goldfish and cokoroaches and take a 4 hour bath with them. then you you will be soooooooooooooooooo famished that you will eat till you die!!! you can thank me later.

P.s. after that you will likly pass out, that should solve.
P.s. side affects could include, sneezing, over-sized zits, skin bubbiling and turning a sickly green, and watermellons growing out of your stomache. If you have severe nosebleeds please constault your dooctor because this may be a sign of brain tomurs!

Before you send yourself off to a doctor and get yourself on pills of any kind, I suggest you try what I did when I had those issues (by the way, it happens to everyone from time to time). I suggest you try to regulate your own system. Even if you are not very hungry, try to eat at similar times. For example, if you like to eat three times a day, you can eat breakfast at 8 am, lunch at 1 pm, and dinner at 6. It will **** at first but you are teaching your tummy that it will have food at a certain time so your hunger should start to build a little before your chosen times. Also, you can go to the drug store and buy a bottle of vitamin B12 and that helps increase your appetite. You should also give yourself a bedtime until you regulate your sleep. You can also try something relaxing just before bed such as a warm bath, meditation or reading. There are also many herbal teas you can buy and drink right before bed (warm fluids help you sleep). Also, dry throat is very normal during winter months and flu season and you pretty much just have to wait that one out but yes cold liquids will help. If you’ve tried everything for a considerable amount of time and you don’t see any improvements or you get worse, then I suggest you see your doctor asap. Hope you feel better soon!
