It really would help if you could say what you want to know. This seems to be an application for a job and it is quite clear that – on occasions they think that they will need you to work at weekends and bank holidays.
They are asking you whether you would have any difficulties. Do you – for instance – have any family responsibilities that stop you from working odd hours? Could you reach the work place if there was no public transport?
