		<description>You don&#039;t need to take any sleeping pills. You just need to reset your body&#039;s internal clock. You require 8 hours sleep. If you don&#039;t that, you will be sleepy during the day. 

Set your alarm at 5:30 AM and don&#039;t go back to bed. Exercise, get breakfast, and start your day. Don&#039;t take a nap till it&#039;s time for bed. Repeat. The hard part is getting started. You&#039;ll feel better rested and be healthier in the long run.</description>

		<description>Ok what I do is if I can&#039;t sleep one night, then I stay up until 8 or 9 pm the next night and then go to sleep. It works, but the tricky part is not going to sleep until the evening after. It is tempting, but somehow I manage. It could work with you too, I have to do the same thing as I am getting off of the sleep-late binge myself.</description>

		<description>Well...don&#039;t take any sleep pills!!  It&#039;s better to try and do it naturally.  It is gonna take some work, but you can do it.  go to bed at 10pm, and make yourself lay there until 7am.  Do not get up before that unless just to go &#039;potty&#039;.  Then at 7am, get up, out of bed, and make yourself go outside!  Do SOMETHING!!!!!!  even if you just go outside and sit there...just get up and out!  try to walk around if you can.  then, go to bed at 10pm, and do the whole thing over again the next day.  It will take a few days-week, but it will help!!
