I am fourteen years old and my sleeping pattern is really bad.
I used to have trouble sleeping as a kid, but I am better now.
Lately in the holidays, I go to bed at different times.
But this week, lets say I go to bed at 10pm or any other time. I will wake up at 5-5:30ish am and I can’t go back to sleep.
No matter what I do, I always go to the toilet in the middle of the night, I have tried everything to stop this, but its just who I am. I will be busting to go to the toilet at 5pm and then when I come back to bed to go to sleep. I can’t or it takes forever.
My dad gets up at 6am and I am a light sleeper and I can always hear the tv going off in the kitchen, which is right down the hall, next to my bedroom.
I just want to know, because when school comes back.
I have to wake up at 6:15am to catch the bus to school at 7:30am (it takes me forever to get ready lol)
Please, I don’t want to be waking up at five and not going back to sleep.

tell him you have sleeping problems and ask him if he can keep the noise down, or buy some ear plugs. and also don’t drink a few hours before bed, then you wont need to go to the bathroom
