Is there easy ways to go to sleep? HELP?

I messed up my sleeping patterns while I was on holidays – and now I’m used to sleeping at day; sleeping at night!

My parents gave me 2 days off to fix my sleeping pattern but its not working!
I HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL TOMORROW!

tell me some good ways to go to sleep!!

    do lots oif exercising just before you go to sleep. that way you get really tired and you want won’t want to move your body and fall asleep quickly.

    buy some scented oils and clear your mind. long bath will help too.

    that some of that sleep stuff and poor on a napkin or something breath it in and your sleeping like a baby tonight.

    Hey

    I know how your feeling i used to have this problem a lot!!
    have a long soak in the bath, then try reading a book this will help to take your mind off the things that are in your mind and also will make your eyes sleepy or try watching some tv in the dark. i also count backwards from 500 or concentrate on your breathing breathe in 2 3 4 breathe out 2 3 4.

    1.Eat a massive roast dinner, about half an hour before bed.
    2.Go to bed like half 8ish/9ish. Even thought this seems “dorky” you’ll have more time to get to sleep.
    3.Listen To Some Calm..Boring Music to get asleep.
    4.Take LONG 2 second breathes in and out and prtened your somewhere where you love.
