I cant sleep, whats a good way of falling asleep?

The stupid holidays has messed up my sleeping pattern. Its like 1.21am and I have to wake up at 6. I can never sleep anymore..
How can i get to sleep?
I’ve tried counting sheep. I did it to like 250 last night and it didnt work.

    …O_O…. me too… i live in england.. and it like 1:31… and i got school tomorrow and have to wake up at 6.. but since its friday….. I might just take the day off..O_O… or you can have a glass of warm milk.. put your head down and sleep.. or read a book…

    Just clear your mind and count sheep! If that doesn’t work, do something boring and you’ll start to feel tired!

    I work shifts so i often have the same problem, try some relaxation techniques, if you can get your breathing right then you should feel your body relax, try and relax every muscle in your body including your face because any tension may keep you awake and then maybe try and count sheep or think about a place you’d like to be. Also try reading in bed this can often make you sleepy, also have a think about your lifestyle, are you eating late? if so this could be another factor to poor sleep, are you stressed? this can also cause lack of sleep, make the necessary changes.

    counting sheep doesn’t work….just try not to think and close your eyes…you’ll fall asleep in no time, the hard part in this is trying not to think…also maybe you can read a book, or listen to soft music…drinking a glass of milk is also pretty good…

    Before going to sleep don’t watch horror films. Have a warm shower, drink warm milk, listen to soft music, make your bedroom very dark (if it helps you), these things will help you to have good sleep.
