Hi there! Im 19 and have been on holidays from work for 2 weeks and have seriously altered my body clock in this time.
With christmas and nye celebrations and parties i have stuffed my body clock.
I am going to bed at anytime between 2am – 4.30am cuz im not feeling tired until then. Im waking up anytime between 12pm – 2pm.
Im starving late at night but dnt wanna eat cuz of slow metabolism at night etc
Ideas on how to fix my body clock and hunger pangs etc.

jus do wat u usually do during school days n it will slowly get used to it n return to normal
and if u starve urself ur body has to make up for it n like ends up making u fatter than the food would i guess..
go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. make sure your room is dark when you want to go to bed so your body is cued to produce the proper hormones for sleep. as for the hunger…don’t eat past like 8pm…chew gum or have a glass of milk.
