iv been up till like 4:30AM over the holidays and im not tired till like 2AM, as like day after tomorro i got to go to school and wake up early how can i change this in like 1 night?
stop being a lazy git, welcome to the real world, where people work for a living and have to deal with this problem every week. seriously though, get a good hot bath run and drink about 5-10 pints of lager, that should knock you out a bit easyier, just means you only have to suffer the one day.

just go to bed at your normal time if you really cant sleep read a book it is an old one but it tires your brain
Force yourself to go to sleep at a normal time and wake up at a normal time.
