I’ve been having major sleeping problems, i stay up all night and then at 5 a.m. i work out on my treadmill, have breakfest and by 11/12 im fast asleep and i wake up at the crazy hour of 7 ??? this is not only messing up my diet but im barely doing any movement and i know this could lead to eventual weight gain…please i need to adjust my sleeping pattern, how can i keep myself up during the day?

Only allow yourself a small nap in the afternoon, one or two hours, then force yourself up again. With any luck you’ll still be tired enough to go back to sleep in the evening.
