		<description>i know this may sound SILLY but i used to weigh 25 stone and know that i lived off cabbage soup(cabbage with water heated no extra spices or herbs)or vegtable soup(no extra spices or herbs)and just eat this (as many times as you want because you won&#039;t put on weight because veg has no calaries., so you will be losing weight)so eat this for 2 months and you will be as skinny as anything
