How can I get back to a normal sleeping pattern?

I have school on monday and I’ve been on holidays for over two months… my sleeping patterns have been pretty messed up. I sometimes don’t sleep all night then fall asleep at about 11:30am or something, then wake up at about 10pm and the pattern continues. Sometimes I can stay awake long enough after one of these and go to sleep at 10pm and wake up at like 10am but then can’t get to sleep until 3am…

Is there something I could do to help get back into routine? Would using Valium work to start a sleeping pattern?

    When u wake in the morning, realize the position u r in. That position was the most comfortable when u fell asleep during the night.

    When u go to bed, get into that position immediately and u will have a good chance of falling asleep and regaining some normal sleep patterns in ur life.
