go to sleep when ever you can but get up at the usual time you would for school. you will be very tired when you get up but you fall asleep very early that night!
that’s what i used to do after every summer!
It is caused by the andrenaline in your system,you feel the blood flowing ,and have to do something,you actually get bored waiting to fall asleep dont you?
i do the next things,helps me fall asleep in 2-3 mins max.
1.excersice . gets you in shape and gets you tired really fast at the begining.
2. clear your mind ,if you get to a point of almost meditation,you will fall asleep so fast you wont notice it.
3. wake up earlier then usual,you will be so tired until the end of the day,you wont make it till 1 am.
if all fails,steal from the drugs cabinet some sleeping pills. XD
It is hard to adjust to a school schedule after being on holiday for so long. My daughter starts school this Wednesday and I know that it is going to be such a shock to her system. It is going to take more than one night of going to bed early to get back on an earlier sleeping schedule. Once you are backing in school you will be getting up earlier so you will fall asleep earlier. Good luck in school this year.
i have the same problem but i have read a book that does not intrest me. I have also watch movies or played video games to keep my mind off the time. I have also stayed up all night with out sleeping and used the previous sentence in this stratagy then the next night just go lay in your bed about 45 minuts before you want to fall asleep and read a boring book.
read a book or try listening to music like Norah Jones really helps to fall asleep faster.
