		<description>Yea... The summer has messed up my sleeping pattern.
What I do is go to bed when ever I do, and than I set my alarm and wake up early. Then that night I am so tired I go to bed much earlier. Than I do the same thing over and over again till school starts.

I usually do this 3-5 days b4 school.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been going to bed at about 3am onwards recently, and then getting up at like past midday- its so bad lol!

I even slept right through a whole day last week ahh that was bad (in an extremely lazy way which was also kinda cool).

I have college again on wednesday and gona have to get up at 6.30 am so i need to be in bed for at least 10ish....

God knows how i&#039;m gona do it, think i&#039;m just gonna have to drag myself up for the next few mornings to tire myself out and get babk into going to bed at a sensible time lol. 

Or maybe i should just stay up all night the night before college and go in haha. I&#039;d definatley be able to sleep after that!</description>

		<description>I know what you mean same thing happened to me before school started i didn&#039;t go to bed in till like maybe 4 or 5 in the morning but i had to stop because i have to wake up at like 5:45 to get ready for school so what i think you hold do is try to go to bed early like maybe 10 something or 11 and try to go to bed and if that doesn&#039;t work than ask someone to wake you up early like maybe 9 something so you will be tired later for bed and just go to bed early since you woke up early.</description>
