<p>Hi guys, i&#8217;m 13 &amp;&amp; i think i may have insomnia. My dad my big Brother and my grandad have it really really bad. Before i didn&#8217;t usually have a problem with sleeping, other than i used to wake up very early in the morning. But since about the beginning of the summer holidays my sleeping patterns have been getting worse and worse. I stay up until about 2-3 AM pretty much every night now, and on school days i have to wake up at 6.30 which obviously iisn&#8217;tgood. I&#8217;ve fallen asleep in school twice so it&#8217;s really becoming a problem. =/ I&#8217;ve tried taking Kalmsleep tablets, relaxing, ddrinkinga warm drink, all tthatjazz but nothings helped. I&#8217;m just wondering wether i&#8217;ve inherited it, or it&#8217;s just something to do with puberty, what do you guys think? x</p>

<p>i tend to do random stuff on the computer till average 3-5 am then either sleep till 1-5 pm, or give up sleeping then sleep at about 1 pm in th afternoon</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve always been a late sleeper but it&#8217;s reached the stage when it&#8217;s annoying and my sleeping pattern is mucked up</p>
