I worked for an agency for 3 months but did not receive any holiday pay, my usual work pattern was 7 12 hour shifts a fortnight working 5 days one week then 5 days the next, then i would go on to do night shift for 2 weeks and it would rotate like that, should i have got any holiday pay ? i live in the uk

I work 32.5 hours a week and my shift pattern is fri @ 8.5 hrs sat @ 12 hours and sunday @ 12 hrs, i do days 1 week the nights the week after, occasionaly my night shift finishes Monday morning which some fall into bank holidays too, do i get the full entitlement bank holidays paid as a lieu day

we have just changed shift patterns to where all your holidays are built into your new shift pattern we have annual hols left which the company are going to pay us for but they are freezing our stats and are going to pay us for them when we leave the company can they do this ?
