hi, i have extremely thick and wavy hair. i use some really good quality shampoo and conditioner plus leave in spray conditioner but the knot is spreading its almost up to the top of my head and its almost everywhere! i have had knots in my hair in the past but this 1 is the biggest…even bigger than the last 1. even my leave in spray stuff which usually helps won’t get this thing out! i won’t even think of using a comb til i get it loose! and i need to get it out within a few days cause of a Jewish holiday on monday and i THINK saturday and my mom will kill me if i don’t get it out! (i’m 13) i also don’t have a straightener. i have tuns of practise with huge knots but as i said this is by far my worst ever! and please don’t critisize my hair brushing patterns….thanks
i do use the conditioner correctly in the shower and believe me it doesn’t work as well as that!

i know that when you go to the salon and ask for a sew in weave they usually do the circle braid in your hair and leave the tops unbraided then they sew it in the pull the unbraided part over it so that the weave doesn’t show. but i once had a weave done where she started from the bottom of my hair and parted a piece, and she didn’t braid it. then she parted another piece and braided that piece straight across and sewed in the weave, then she parted a part on top of that then left it out then parted a next piece and braided that and put the weave in it, then she continued this pattern all the way to the top of my hair.
i loved it because it made my weave look so natural everyone was shocked when they found out that it was a weave
i just want to know if anyone ever had a weave done like this before and what they asked the hair dresser when they went. its there a special name for it?
the hair dresser that did this in my hair has moved so i dont wanna go to a different stylist and ask for a sew in weave and get the kind with the circle braid.

See, we don’t have a cosmetologist in town who will do certain things with hair we like.
Crowns, certain cuts, colors, certain patterns and designs.
So I decided to teach myself to do things which is really pretty simple.
Usually I get my advice from sites or professionals I know personally.
What I need though is a lighter blonde.
Going from a dark hair, I usually bleach, which comes out with a blonde with a sort of golden tinge…
Well a ‘client’ wants a light blonde almost platinum but I don’t know how to get this.
If you could help me with this, as in additional products and things, or maybe even something totally different. Thanks, hope your holiday was nice.
P.s. We aren’t looking for highlights or a natural blonde.
