Can lack of sleep cause aches and pains?

in the summer holidays my sleep pattern is really bad one night ill sleep from 6 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon…or ill go to sleep 5 in the morning and have to get up at 7 in the morning..every evening i usually nap from about 6 till 8..which makes me feel awful.. iv been getting lots of general aches and pains aswell as alot of headaches i just wondered if my sleeping could be the cause?

    I do that too ! But not the naps. For me i wake up having my back aching and reason why is because of my position in the bed .

    yes I think so. When I dont have enough sleep I get headaches and my muscles ache aswell.
