		<description>Your best bet is to start with waking up early.  Even if you go to bed at 1am, start forcing yourself to get up at 7 (or other early suitable time). If you incorporate exercise during the day, you&#039;ll work your muscles, further contributing to a relaxed body.  Eventually you&#039;ll be getting more tired earlier on until you establish the sleep/wake hours you want.

If you start to drift off too early in the evening (say at 8pm, but you don&#039;t want to go to bed until 10) get up and occupy yourself with something to stay awake, rather than say falling asleep on the couch watching TV.  It&#039;s easier said than done, but sleep is important, and you feel like crap when sleep isn&#039;t adequate.</description>
