Malfoy G asked:
Over the holidays I’ve been sleeping mostly between 2 am and noon. I can’t explain it I just don’t feel the desire to sleep. Now I want to get back into having early nights and getting up early because I’m dieting again, but I can’t seem to fall asleep at night. How can I correct this?

Close your eyes and dont open it even you feel opening it. just continue closing it and you’ll fall asleep
go take a Midnight, its not addictive, will make you fall asleep fast, and wake up full of energy :]
Count some sheeps
Your best bet is to start with waking up early. Even if you go to bed at 1am, start forcing yourself to get up at 7 (or other early suitable time). If you incorporate exercise during the day, you’ll work your muscles, further contributing to a relaxed body. Eventually you’ll be getting more tired earlier on until you establish the sleep/wake hours you want.
If you start to drift off too early in the evening (say at 8pm, but you don’t want to go to bed until 10) get up and occupy yourself with something to stay awake, rather than say falling asleep on the couch watching TV. It’s easier said than done, but sleep is important, and you feel like crap when sleep isn’t adequate.
